Scanning
The Vocem system uses form recognition software to intelligently identify pages, clip signature images, create indicia stamps, and group petitions into packets.
Row Count
Vocem counts the number of pages, then identifies and counts completed, blank, and crossed out signature lines. It then formulates a raw count of all data and displays that data in a user-friendly format.
Sampling
Vocem uses an approved algorithm to perform sampling of the scanned petition lines. The sampling is customizable to meet specific state or county statutes.
Verification
The system allows users to match and verify signatures to Voter Registration data while generating digital reports for review.
