The Simulo Process
- Voter electronically votes on an eballot and the voted eballot is submitted to the county in the form of a QR code containing the voter's choices.
- The county scans the QR code into the Simulo software and the system retrieves the correct ballot style used in that election.
- The software marks the voter's intent onto the PDF version of the tabulatable ballot.
- The marked ballot PDF is verified and printed, ready for tabulation.
